Where is my tracking number ?

Express Shipments: We will provide you a tracking number once it ships. If shipped, please reffer to your order in your emails / app.

Standard Shipments: This economy method does not provide any tracking numbers.

 

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 3-15 Business days
Canada Express: 3-5 Business days
US: 5-10 Working days
UK: 7-10 Business days
Rest of the world: 10-20 Business days 

If you have not received or if you need assistance regarding your order, please send us an email and include your name and order # to speed up the process.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product, pending an authorised return. Please see Returns FAQ here.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
